All products we sell are for the benefit of dogs and are used by our own dogs; Mischief and Arapahoe. They include a range of fleece walking harnesses designed to put dogs in perfect balance using Tellington TTouch* techniques made by Cosy Dogs, warm and cosy fleece dog coats. Green Dog natural dog food, who are one of the few companies who produce a certified holistic dog food. A range of sledding and working dog equipment made by Adanac Sleds and Equipment in Montana. At Xtra Dog we endorse the use of TTouch* for dogs and so we are offering the Hotter Dog t-shirts from Equafleece that many TTouch practitioners swear by. These t-shirts can help dogs that are anxtious or stressed. The t-shirt (or a body wrap) is never tight enough to restrict movement but just fits softly to bring awareness to the body especially when the dog moves. This does give many dogs a sense of security when anxious or distressed. It can also help with hyperactivity, travel sickness and sound sensitivity. T-shirts can also help animals who suffer from contact allergies. We use a T-shirt on our husky, Arapahoe, when we are at shows as she tends to get very excited with all of the attention.
